Why people like working here
Small family atmosphere
Joe and Caroline are on the jobs and in the office. You know everyone by name, and nobody is a number.
Work you can be proud of
Kitchens, baths and whole homes built to a high standard, with the finished work in our gallery and in homes all over Winchester.
Steady, local work
Our jobs are in Winchester and the surrounding counties, so you are home for dinner, not living out of a truck.
Room to grow
Installers become foremen, foremen become project managers. We train, we promote from inside, and we hire people who care about doing it right.
