Sidney Design & Build is operated by Sidney Enterprises LLC, 603 S Loudoun St, Winchester, VA 22601. On this page “we” and “us” mean Sidney Design & Build.
Using this website
The site tells you what we do and gives you a way to reach us. The information on it is general. It is not an estimate and it is not advice about your specific home. We may change or remove pages at any time.
Estimates and work
Any work we do is covered by the written estimate or contract you sign. If that document and this page ever disagree, the estimate or contract controls.
Text messaging terms
The program. When you give us your mobile number through the form on this site and agree to receive texts, you agree to receive text messages from Sidney Design & Build about scheduling, consultations, estimates, project updates and replies to your questions. Consent is not a condition of buying anything from us.
Stopping. Text “STOP” to the number the message came from at any time. We will send one text to confirm you are unsubscribed, and then no more. To join again, text “START”.
Help. Reply “HELP” for help, or call (540) 664-4464.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Cost and frequency. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with your project.
Age. You must be 18 or older to sign up for texts.
Privacy. See our privacy policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
