Whole Home Renovations in Winchester, VAHistoric farmhouses through full gut remodels, planned on paper first
Old farmhouses with four additions and no plan. Split levels where the kitchen is in a closet. Houses that never quite fit the family living in them. We draw the whole house first, then build it in the order that makes sense.
Talk to us about your renovation
A few details is plenty. We call you back, then come look at the space or meet you at the showroom on Loudoun Street.

We sit down with you, discuss your budget and wish list, and start sketching with you at the table.
Every square foot, one plan
A whole house job touches everything at once: which walls come out, where the ductwork runs, whether the old wiring stays, and how the rooms flow into each other. Joe inspected houses for years before Sidney, so he opens up an old house knowing what is probably behind the plaster. That saves surprises, and money.

Old homes, careful hands
Joe grew up renovating his family’s home in Winchester alongside his dad and grandfather, and he and Caroline bought a fixer upper for themselves. We love old houses, and we know how to open one up without losing what makes it special.
Rooms for how you live now
Finished basements for movie nights, home offices and craft rooms, home gyms, game rooms with built in storage. Each one gets planned around how you will actually use it.
In house from start to finish
From layout planning to the final coat of paint, we handle everything in house, so nothing gets lost between the drawing and the build. Designing new instead? See custom home construction.

What our clients say
How a project runs
Meet and greet
Joe or Caroline comes out, or you come to Loudoun Street. Bring the photos you have been saving. We ask what bugs you about the space now and what you want it to be.
Design it, if you like
Some projects start on paper: we lay out the space, pull samples, and bigger jobs get a 3D rendering so you can stand in the kitchen before it exists. Others go straight to pricing. Your call.
Price it in writing
Joe talks through your wish list and puts together a detailed proposal with allowances. You see the number in writing before anything gets ordered or torn out.
Build it, then walk it
Our crew does the work and your project manager keeps you posted. At the end we walk every room with you and make sure it is everything you expected, built to last for decades to come.
Serving homeowners across the Winchester area
Our trucks leave from Loudoun Street. Most jobs are in Frederick and Clarke counties, and we go as far as Leesburg, Strasburg and Martinsburg for the right project.
